Frequently asked questions
Which apps are supported?
Use Happ or v2RayTun for new subscriptions. Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad and macOS downloads are available on the Apps page.
How does the device limit work?
The app takes a device slot when it first refreshes the subscription. The ₽99 plan allows one device; the other plans allow two. A network or IP change does not count as a new device.
Can selected websites connect directly?
Yes. Add the regular subscription first, then request the selective-routing QR in the bot for supported banks, Gosuslugi, Yandex, Ozon, Wildberries and VK.
What if the primary route does not connect?
Switch to the backup route, then refresh the subscription. Contact support if the problem remains.
Is automatic renewal enabled?
Automatic renewal is not enabled yet. Each payment must be confirmed manually; the bot reminds you 3 days and 1 day before expiration.
Do you keep browsing history?
No. We do not keep logs of visited websites.
